FREE SHIPPING ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $100 (AUD)
For orders under $100, we offer a flat shipping rate for Australian orders of $10 and Worldwide Flat rate of $14.99 USD.

Returns Policy
Shop with an ease of mind with our robust 60-days returns policy, which means that you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (no make up, spray tan marks, strong smell, perfume or deodorant) with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at apparel@samuraipunk.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond in a timely manner. For damages and issues, please contact our customer care team at apparel@samuraipunk.com.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Payment method
Once we've received your item and it has been cleared upon inspection, we will notify on the approval status of your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your funds to be processed.
